Governor Hogan Attends 78th Annual National Folk Festival in Salisbury

Governor Larry Hogan was on hand for the 78th Annual National Folk Festival, which began its three-year run in Salisbury on September 7. The three-day festival brought more than 350 artists and more than 25 music groups to seven stages in downtown Salisbury and, despite the grey skies and occasional thunderstorms, crowds were large and enthusiastic with estimates ranging from 67,000 to 75,000 attendees according to city officials.
